Courtyard By Marriott Calgary Downtown Hotel

The stay was very enjoyable, especially because we had an early check-in after a long night of travel. I appreciated the spacious King Room which allowed me to work comfortably before my meeting. The dining options were convenient, and the location was a plus as it was easy to walk to the Calgary Telus Convention Centre and other attractions like Olympic Plaza. The staff went the extra mile, even assisting us with directions to catch the bus. Just a great experience overall.

The service provided there was exceptional. Liked the comfortable bed in my king room. The food for breakfast was fabulous! The location of the hotel was great and magnificent - just a short stroll away from Glenbow Museum.

I was disappointed with the check-in process. It took a frustrating 30 minutes to get my room sorted out. The staff showed a lack of urgency, and I felt completely ignored while waiting. The dining experience was underwhelming, with bland food and inattentive service during breakfast both days.

The breakfast was a highlight with fresh seasonal fruits and attentive table service, made the meal enjoyable. The check-in experience was frustrating. The staff struggled with basic procedures and took 30 minutes to process our arrival, which left us feeling unwelcome. The room lacked a safe and amenities like tea or water, detracting from our overall comfort.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast options were solid, and the bar area was chill to unwind after a long day. Super close to the Central Library and awesome restaurants!

Check-in could use some speed. It felt a bit slow at times with a busy lobby.

Everything was excellent except for a couple things. The staff was kind and offered to help with any queries, and I thought the room was spacious for my family, a big plus. The drapes in the room moved slowly but nothing I couldn't handle. Having the flexibility to explore the downtown area on foot was also a major win, keeping the kids entertained.

It wasn't cheap, but the value is still acceptable for a family trip.

The King Room was spacious and clean. Loved the comfy bed and strong Wi-Fi. The bathroom was great with body soap, shampoo, and big towels. There was a mini fridge and microwave, and the fitness center was awesome too. Great views of downtown Calgary from the big windows!

I spent three days here and had a fantastic time! Loved how close this place was to downtown 🏙️. There were plenty of yummy restaurants nearby too.

The bed and pillows were comfy, the room was clean, and it's located near plenty of delicious restaurants, including Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ for a nice lunch.

A great selection of options, fab food. Marvellous location, a 10-15 minute walk from Stephen Avenue Walk.
